I'm Trish Mairet, and I'm glad you're here.

What is a fun fact about myself?

I am a jazz vocalist and voice teacher.

What can you expect as my client?

Empathic understanding, interactive sessions, coping strategies, assistance tools, support for individuality, acceptance of varied cultures, positions, discovery of your true Self and ability to control your mental health symptoms.

Who am I outside of therapy?

I am social in the community and love going to music events. I also like being in nature, taking long walks, and helping with rescue animals.

How did I become a therapist?

I knew in high school and told my principal when he asked, “…what do you want to do for a career?” Psychologist, I said and then he asked, “…why do you want to be a psychologist?”  I said, “…because I feel I have a good ability to understand people.”
