What is my role at True Heart Therapy?

I am one of the Intake Specialists and handle all of the billing and insurance information for the practice.

What is a fun fact about myself?

I love to cook and can usually nail a recipe the first try!

What can you expect when interacting with me?

You can expect me to be engaged, empathetic and knowledgeable in helping you determine your therapy needs. I find much importance in being an advocate for our clients when it comes to what they are seeking.

Who am I outside of work?

Outside of work, I am a Mom and Wife. I have two beautiful daughters that keep me busy and on my toes. I love spending time with my husband and kids whether that is sitting at home watching movies with our animals or going to Disneyland and other fun places. I like to cook, read and draw.

I have a combination of training in customer service, medical administration, and navigating health care systems.

I am a Certified Medical Assistant. I have 18 years of experience in the medical field as a whole. I have worked in foster care, memory care, doctor’s offices and specialty offices doing a mixture of front office work, billing and hands-on patient care.

I like interacting with all the clients who reach out searching for a therapist. I like matching clients with a therapist on our team and enjoy hearing when clients get the help and support they are looking for.
