What is a fun fact about myself?
I am a twin! My brother is two minutes older than me, and he never lets me forget it.
What can you expect as my client?
You can expect a curious, nonjudgmental approach where we explore what you bring to therapy. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and understood. Together we can open the door to meaningful change.
Who am I outside of therapy?
Outside of therapy, I enjoy practicing jiu-jitsu, playing guitar, and spending time with my family—my partner and our two cats. These activities help me recharge and stay connected to what matters most.
How did I become a therapist?
I was drawn to therapy by a deep interest in how relationships and past experiences shape the way we move through the world. My background in philosophy instilled a belief that our search for meaning is central to the human experience; that curiosity became a commitment to helping others make sense of their story and create intentional change.
I study Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy at Lewis & Clark College and hold undergraduate degrees in psychology and philosophy, with an emphasis on social psychology and ethics.
I worked for two years as a Certified Behavioral Technician with children on the autism spectrum across school, clinic, and home settings. This experience gave me a front-row seat to the intricate ways behavior and communication affect family systems—skills I now use to help couples and individuals identify and shift the patterns in their own lives.
My ideal clients are individuals and couples who are ready to look beneath the surface of their challenges. I enjoy working with those who are open to the process of self-discovery and see therapy as a collaborative space to grow, heal, and reconnect.
