Clinical Associate

You are a Registered Associate, LMFT, or LPC in Oregon and you are looking for part- or full-time W2 employment. True Heart Therapy holds a Certificate of Approval from the state of Oregon and offers:

• Annual compensation based on clients seen per week
  • $75,000 for associates; $90,000 for those licensed
• Full-time is 20 client hours a week plus 10 hours paid administrative time
• Accrued PTO and 10 paid holidays a year
• Monthly health reimbursement (maximum allowed Federally, $512.60)
• Optional retirement plan through Oregon Saves
• Annual raises and flexible scheduling
• In-house supervision, and supervision of supervision opportunities for those interested in becoming AAMFT approved supervisors once licensed
• Annual training budget of $500

Clinical Intern

You are a graduate student in an Marriage and Family Therapy or Professional Counseling program and you are looking for a group practice with a COA for an internship that is:

• Focused on relational well-being. We work with individuals, too, but often from a relational lens
• Hybrid with a mix of in person sessions from our Portland or Eugene offices and telehealth from your own home
• Flexible in working with populations that invigorate you (and if you don’t have a niche yet, we’ll help you figure that out!)
• Supervised by an AAMFT Approved Supervisor who specializes in supervising interns and has worked with  Lewis & Clark College, Touro University, National University, and Capella University
• Paid! Our interns receive a $200 monthly stipend to reduce financial strain while providing clinical services throughout their intern period
