Hi, it's nice to meet you!

I'm Sarah Edmonds, and I'm glad you're here.

What is a fun fact about myself?

I am learning how to play the synthesizer. 1980s Juno here I come!

What can you expect as my client?

You can expect a steady, relational space where we slow down and listen inward. Together, we work with somatic signals, emotional patterns, and the deeper parts of you that are ready to awaken into a more aligned version of yourself.

Who am I outside of therapy?

Outside of therapy, I find deep joy in taking obscure long‑exposure photography, looking for treasure on the Oregon coast, seeking out post‑hardcore sludge metal shows, eating ice cream, and being in presence with my dearest friends, preferably in the company of trees or outside making short films. I am bad at video games but will play for the hang.

Pronouns: She/Her

How did I become a therapist?

I became a therapist through my own experiences of inner change, healing, and the belief that people deserve a place to be fully seen and self‑expressed without judgment. My path has been shaped first and foremost by the light found in all beings, somatic awareness, meditation, art therapy, and the desire to help others wake up to their deepest truth. It feels meaningful to support people as they learn to listen inward and become who they are choosing to become.

Ideal Clients

I am trained in somatic therapy, IFS, EFT, intimacy healing, and narrative work. I integrate these modalities to support embodied awareness, emotional regulation, and relational clarity. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I also work from a systemic lens, paying close attention to how your relationships, environment, and early experiences shape the patterns you carry. This allows us to explore not only what happens within you, but also what happens between you and the people you love.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, young adults, and creatives navigating transitions, relational challenges, identity exploration, and patterns that feel hard to shift. My work centers somatic depth, emotional attunement, and the slow unfolding of inner alignment. I also have training as a sex, love, and relationship coach, supporting clients in deepening their connection to sensation, expanding emotional presence, and cultivating confidence in their sexuality. My experience integrates body‑based awareness, relational clarity, and the steady work of waking up to your truest self.

My ideal client is a couple or an individual who feels a deeper part of themselves asking to be heard. Often they are longing for authenticity, relational clarity, and a steadier connection to their body and inner world. My client feels called to end old cycles and awaken into who they are becoming. They know this and are excited to do the work, despite its inherent challenge.
